Before sending a password reset request, please check with other authorized FSN-F2F users in your shop to see if your current password has been saved somewhere.
If none of the authorized FSN-F2F users in your shop can remember the password, enter your shop id in the form to the right, press the Reset Password button and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
